Raw Black Locust Honey 
First of all, Crystal's Honey is just the best, in general. Previously, my favorite flavor of their is their Orange Blossom, but honestly, the Black Locust is also amazing. Both have that wonderful honey sweetness, without being sickeningly sweet like other honey brands. They also don't have that sort of barn-yardy undertone that other honeys have. The Orange Blossom is just clean & floral, & the Black Locust has a hint of caramel to it. I sneak licks of them both straight, but my main use is in my tea. And even though it doesn't have that cloying sweetness, I actually need less honey to appropriately sweeten my tea than other brands (as I found out when visiting my Mom & using her honey). I stocked up on honey to get to the free shipping, but will totally come back to Crystal's when I'm low again. --And if it's in stock, get more of the Black Locust!
